This chart has been circulating quite a bit on Mal-related forums. It shows the various measurements Mal has taken over the years, giving a good overview of her body over the course of her life. Two essential pieces of information is missing; the size of her bras:

After that, these are approximations, as Mal no longer gave exact data on her breast size.
According to r/abrathatfit's method of giving an accurate size, and based on the fact that by 2020-2022 her breasts had grown another 5cm (2”), it’s estimated that her size would be at least a 36K/O (UK/US), or even maybe a 36KK/P (UK/US) or a 38K/O (UK/US).
And second; her areolas measure 9cm (3.5”) across, and her nipples measure: 2cm (0.79”) in diameter, and 2cm (0.79”) in length.
Mal has an extraordinary body. For other women, when they gain weight, one part of the body ends up gaining more than the rest. For most, it's the belly, for others it's the butt and legs. In Mal's exceptional case, her hourglass proportions remain constant, whatever her weight. Her Waist:Hip Ratio always being:

That's what makes her so unique and so appreciated by the curvy community, no other woman compares. As this chart clearly demonstrates. It shows that Mal's bust, waist, belly and hips have remained proportionally equal, each line remaining parallel to the other and not converging. The straight line of the graphs (dotted line) projects the trajectory of Mal's breast volume if she continued to gain weight. It's likely that Mal would have to reach at around 136kg (300lbs) for her proportions and Waist:Hip Ratio to be affected, at which point her bra size would be a 42LL/R (UK/US) and her hips would measure 162.5cm (64”) (Mal being only 157.5cm (62”) tall).
